REFUND REQUEST

1. General provisions
1.1. This refund policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) determines the procedure and conditions for refunding money to users of the ukrsocial.com.ua website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, “We”, “Administration”).
1.2. By paying for any services on the site, the user agrees to this Policy.

2. Services covered by the refund
2.1. Refunds are possible only for paid services provided by the site (for example: advertising, premium accounts, paid features).
2.2. Refunds **are not made** if the service has already been provided in full or activated by the user.

3. Grounds for refunds
Refunds can be made in the following cases:
- double debiting of funds;
- technical error during payment;
- payment made without the user's consent;
- failure to provide the service due to the fault of the site administration.

4. Procedure for processing a request
4.1. To initiate a refund, you must submit an **electronic request** to the address: **billing@ukrsocial.com.ua**
4.2. In the request, be sure to indicate:
- full name or account name;
- email address associated with the account;
- date and amount of payment;
- description of the problem and the desired method of refund.
4.3. The request is considered within **up to 10 business days**.
4.4. If the refund is approved, the funds will be credited to the same payment system from which the payment was made.

5. Refund refusal
A refund may be rejected if:
- the user violated the Terms of Use of the site;
- the request was submitted later than 14 days after payment;
- the service was used in full or in part;
- an attempt at fraudulent actions was detected.

6. Liability
6.1. The administration is not responsible for bank or payment system fees related to transfers.
6.2. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the request.
